mice are smart motherfuckers.
once a trap is used..it's useless cause they can smell the scent of its dead comrade and will stay away from it.
i've tried using the ultra-frequency sonic rodent deterrent and it didnt work..but apparently they are supposed to work very well. Quote:

i cant stand animal cruelty at all, i try not to harm/kill as much as possible but flys/mosquitos/bees are way too fucking annoying.

Ya if you use the sticky pads and place them in places u think they would creep around, they pretty much will walk on it.
I remember when i was a kid i saw a mouse in the dark (saw something move in the dark), and i freaked. Put the sticky pad near the door and when it tried to leave my room, it got stuck.

I already have 3 cages set up. If i caught any i will light the fucking rat on fire and release it on the top floor window ! FLAMING FLYING RAT !!

I was working late in office one night and saw a rat came in from the window so I yelled at it lol but it wasnt scared or anything..... It just stood there !
