This thread needs a bump.

I can't wait for this movie. It's like a mix of Cloverfield/District 9/War of the Worlds all in one.

Seeing those floaty bug ships makes me think Halflife 2.

looks good, but why the hell are companies posting movies based on the 2012 event, it wont happen! besides the fact that it captivates the audience..

watched the screening tonight.

I would give it about a 6.5/10. The action got a bit repetitive and there wasn't any real story to it.

Overall it was alright if you want to see military weapons and shooting.

A good 2.5 hour long action movie.

Good opening, a predictable plot, rational ending.

I will give it a 8/10. People should go watch it :)

I was going into this movie hoping to see more of the alien side of the story. But all i got was just another typical army movie. Which was pretty good but didnt live up to the hype.
