isnt norway the place where homeless people commited crimes to be put in jail so that they have food/shelter and all the amenities? and now their rethinking the idea of the prisons to make it so that people would stop commiting crimes? I know if i was a hobo id try to rob a bank, its a WIN/WIN situation, if i got away with it then id be rich and if i got caught then id get sent to IKEA-PRISON and chill for the rest of my life, what would i have to lose? my cardboard bed? or my shopping cart?

I think prisons like that are for people who commit white-collar crimes, like stealing millions of dollars by hacking bank databases.
