I've bought this SUPER PRETTY, navy blue empire waist dress from Nordstrom Rack on Thursday. It was an impulse buy, it does not fit me!! I have the tags and the receipt for it still and if I can't sell it on CL, I'm going to return it next weekend. It was initially for graduation photos and Christmas parties, and it is perfect for those semi-formal occasions coming up! Please email me if you have any questions.
