Two things. First, Todd Bertuzzi owned a house around there im pretty sure as my freinds father developed one for him i believe. Secondaly, a lot of the British property is owned by old money and has been passed down to the next generation. The current owners are generally wealthy, but by no means pulling in incomes that warrent 10 Million dollar homes.

- Coal Harbour area is quite nice to just chill.
- Granville Island has a few nice spots.(I usually go to this place next to the hotel where there are a few benches along a wooden pathway) It may not be the best view but its nice and secluded.
