I'm looking at picking up another camera and thought I'd throw at WTB thread in here just in case someone has one they want to let go.
While I'd love to grab something like an XL-H1, my budget unfortunately will most likely fall under the range that includes the Canon XH-A1, Sony HDR-FX1, etc., etc. In other words, a budget of around $3-5000. I might be willing to go higher if you're able to include various accessories like a good tripod with a fluid head, XLR-based shot-gun microphones, a Red Rock M2 or M3 lens adaptor with extra lenses, a carrying case and/or a water sleeve, a steadicam, etc., etc.
Anyway, let me know if anyone has something they're willing to let go. If you do have a camera, I'll need to know how many hours have been shot on it (I'll be verifying it when I check out the camera, so don't think you can trick me
), and what the maintenance history has been like.
