For everyone input, yes my friend is now in 50-50 have to pay for their both damages divided by 2. Fault is that his 4 season applies doesnt matter by law since 4 season means can be used on snow condition. As for the turn it was truck should had checked each lane before turning. Turning is always in fault by icbc. Now as for the hit "yes" may had not brake enough time but what happens happens. BTW if you think it was me its not Im in japan where there is NO snow yet hehe.
