Is 'frd" front-rear drive. In other words awd (all-wheel drive)?

v.Rossi 11-23-2010 11:06 AM

I'm pretty sure he meant friend, not front rear drive. Swing and a miss there

For everyone input, yes my friend is now in 50-50 have to pay for their both damages divided by 2. Fault is that his 4 season applies doesnt matter by law since 4 season means can be used on snow condition. As for the turn it was truck should had checked each lane before turning. Turning is always in fault by icbc. Now as for the hit "yes" may had not brake enough time but what happens happens. BTW if you think it was me its not Im in japan where there is NO snow yet hehe. ON VACATION sorry for being a FOB, just helping a frd out seeing what are some arguements

Pokemon997 11-24-2010 05:22 AM

moomooCow 11-24-2010 06:10 AM

Not trying to be a douche but I think you'd be better off if you wrote in your native language and used google to translate it before posting it here

I'm thinking in this case, the snow and the all-season tires don't really make a difference to the outcome.

It's no different than if it was dry out and your friend ran a red light and hit the person turning left.

So whatever fault gets applied to that case should get applied to the case at hand.

I R WINNAR.

god this is such a hard thread to read....I'm tempted to say the friend is at fault just out of spite because of the way the OP wrote the post....
