i was in the similar situation about a month ago. While i was walking home, i saw this girl driving a toyota matrix with a N on the back of her car and i'm 90% sure she just got her N. She parallel parks and backs up into a cavalier then she drove forward a bit turns off her car and walks out to check her car then after she looks at me and walks off lol!! After the incident i was thinking that wasn't a hit a run.. that was a hit and stay.

Big accidents, however, are usually caused by men due to reckless driving and they result in bigger damages and higher costs to insurance company. Why does everyone always ask for "Pics of the girl"? Have some of you never seen a girl before? Are you so hard up you need to see what girls in random incidents in other people's lives look like? And how many of you will be thinking to take a picture of these chicks to show internet strangers?
