is there anyone willing to teach how to surface prep and paint on a 1995 civic hatch?

i have a 95 civic hatch
paint is super messed up
i got new hood new fender new bumper

i want to put 3m dinoc vinyl on my car.
i need someone to teach me how to prep the car sand off all the old paint and make it smooth.
i will pay to learn.
u must provide a shop, and materials and tools needed
i will provide my labor and vinyl
