i made cream of corn just few days ago from scratch, no can shit & im working on perfecting my halibut which is come along quite well

Beef wellington, double stuffed baked potato and Yorkshire pudding. Some seasonal veg on the side.
Alternatively: Brined chicken (roasted), garlic mashed potato, stuffing.
And can now add Mushroom Risotto to that list as well.
