whats your best dish in terms of cooking, what can u whip up fast & easy or whats the best dish u can bring out to "wow the crowd" ???

so whats your signature dish???

my would have to be fried rice & soup scratch, there also few things as well

Beef shortrib stew, with fried shallots.
Technically, it's a very simple dish, but the flavors just meld so well.

Beef wellington, double stuffed baked potato and Yorkshire pudding. Some seasonal veg on the side.

Alternatively: Brined chicken (roasted), garlic mashed potato, stuffing.

And can now add Mushroom Risotto to that list as well.

I got my duck at one of the Granville Island butchers. Forgot the name as I made the dish like in Spring. Not sure if ducks are seasonal.
