the deals were redicilious. Look at esther's channel to see the deals people were getting. And the sad part is being vancouver you know its all being resold on cl.

Fuck I really could have used more monitors, trapped in DT without a car.

i had some friends who posted on fb about the line ups LOL

ok so watching the video on esther's channel, looks like shitload of people will get fucked because people were buying products by cartloads... should've limited to like 3 parts per person

I was just there. They were limiting people in buying multiples (i.e. 1 mobo per person, 1 LCD per person). I got what I was looking for (LGA1366 mobo) and got a great deal.

Lined up at around 8:30am, got in around 11:30. Still plenty of $5 cases people!

i got a netbook for $189. a universal remote for $10 and some media thing.


some guy bought a printer for $1.00.

bad thing is 3 hours line up and 1 hour lineup to pay. FFFFFUUUUUU

Agreed on the lineup thing. My buddy was saying, if you line up at 6 and got in at 9, you'd be getting still quite a good haul from the same amount of time waiting in line...just that you'd be up earlier.

You were probably before me? I did not see any netbooks for under $189 when I was in (but then again I made a bee line for the mobos and not the netbooks).

So I opened up my mobo...to my surprise, it's brand new! Totally scored on this deal. Saved about $100+ on this current-in-market mobo!
