I actually see a lot more old school skylines out here than I thought I would. I guess it has one of the longest histories within the Japanese sports cars. I was also surprised to see so many R33s.

It's sad though, because the reality is that on the whole the current generation of young japanese people (20-30's) aren't very interested in sports cars. I see a lot more young people driving big vans or wagon-ish cars and micro-van style K-cars.

Rare01, you out in Japan?

I actually just saw this 2 days ago. The driver was in his late 20's it seemed.

This was at Akihabara.

I would love to have an old school Skyline at some point. Really the only one out there that I'd actually own, simply because they look really cool.
