I was holding off to do the firmware update that came out few days ago because I ordered the downgrader adapter for PS3 Jailbreak.

Yup.. ya i saw it in the used car dealership and picked it up.. without even thinking..haha.. but it havnt gotten any love and jsut sitting stock.. over there..

you know.. just For RS...i think ive spent like 200,000Cr on tires...
when 36,000 + 16,000 for Race soft/hard tires... for EVERY CAR..
it adds up like crazy haha

the sad part is... you know the cars like LFA, 458..and even just the gallardo 560-4, they dun have the better power to weight ratio like a viper ACR or even just the SpecV R35 have... so you will ever actually see people use it... cuz RWD + big HP + slower than "cheaper" cars = no online racing or you are just UBER skilled able to beat people with a slower/harder to ctrl car...

damn i always wanted to race ike in those GT commercials hahaha

Its all about the tuning.. I mean you could have a stage 3 turbo running you 300+ hp with no engine mods and a 2 stage turbo with full mods will own it... So you gotta find the right set for the right track... Demented was running a 257HP civic vs my 299HP stage 2 turbo civic... Owned us pretty bad.. Althought i think if I went with a more detailed setup for tsukuba i woulda had a chance against him. My suspension at that time was at default and when i lowered it just a little bit i gained 1.5 secs. Laguna seca was pretty fun too. I kept passing everyone on the first turn by taking the pit lane. Took 3rd in that race.. Couldnt beat dementeds civic or TC_terencec Evo?

My recommendations for new drivers is to have a bunch of awd cars in diff Hp settings.. IMO awd off a launch is hella fast plus once your ahead and keeping pace just wait for the others to make the mistakes...

Right now i'm building cash for more mods on my s2000 and saving for nsx.. S2000 is hella stable but i only have it with full exhaust setup for now .. gets a lil growl with some pow! It feels good when the tail starts to get loose & then just smoothly gets traction again... Not like my 400hp FC that just 360's everytime it gets loose..

hey dark. when u fully mod a car, do you adjust any of the adjustable settings such as the gear ratios and suspension? or do you just upgrade everything and not adjust anything.

i am actually really noob @ it... the collector edition book "apex" helps a lil bit, but ya i read up the beginner tunes on other GT forums for

and just have a general idea how to reduce understeer/oversteer etc etc...

the only thing i change for every race now its the transmission final gearin for every track..

but ya... everything is adjusted on a few cars with the FULL ON FULL ON suspension/LSD/brake balance =P but i got that for like .. 6 cars?

560-4/458 or smth.. there are alot of harcore gamers who had fine tuned to a point where i think their day job are racing engineers.. just rmbr.. all fails... "google is your friend"

You have to adjust the settings.. Each track is diff and you have to change your setup based on that. IE why would you set your tranny to full speed on tsukuba when you dont even pass 4-5th gear.

anyways the AeroKits..some of them might look horrible.. but actually do help quiet alot on high speed circuits...
on a side note...

Increase your front spring rate and
Decrease your rear spring rate and

see how it works out for your Viper...

Turns out my massive oversteer is caused by lack of race tires, I'm only on a DS3 so if i want to drive my viper it will have to be with unrestricted tires.
