Just received mine today. I'm in Toronto.
MAKE SURE YOU PEEL OFF THE THIN LAYER OF PLASTIC ON IT!!!
If yours looks scratched or whatever, the plastic is most likely on it. The luggage is glossy, it shouldn't look like a matte finish.
