Looking for witness, November 29 2010 Rupert+29th Ave incident

The whole 240 is totaled and now for sale but I have not try to start the car yet. 5spd.body has around 200km ,engine has around 100km still in the frame w/ fan, rpm gauge with shift light, momo steering wheel, new bat, new wiper.I didn't even seal the wrap from the back windshield yet!!!!! Everything is fine except for the inter take cooler, headlights and the bumper. . PS:There is only one seat but it's CF. OBO

As per icbc the person going straight has the right away. That happened to my buddy turning before and he was at 100% fault since he was turning left.

Good luck tho!!!

Now that you mention it, you need to capitalize the beginning of sentences and end them with a period. Also, you need a comma before the word "too."

Nobody is perfect and there's fault in everyone's grammar. Me make plenty of mistakes, too.

Gnomes 11-30-2010 06:18 PM

By posting a story here, you are now obliged to keep us posted with ICBC rulings and judgments.

Best of luck to you finding a witness. Hope nobody was hurt.

I believe the way ICBC will call it is even if the car going straight ran a red or whatever the car turning left is responsible for making sure it's clear before turning.

I just got the 240 like a month........I miss the car already.

Remember what he asked you a problem regarding the problem with SR20, and that was me at middle of knight bridge asking for help.

i think if OP admits he is speeding this doesn't work in his favour. I'm not 100% sure though.

Gumby 12-01-2010 08:08 AM

It's up to the left turner to prove that the light was red (suggesting that the OP was running the red). And you'd have to be quite the credible witness to do that...
