I ordered the book through cashbaq when it was $35 and got $8 back. It's pending until February though.

I've read that at the current price, you'll get $6-7 back if you order through cashbaq.

Yes, click on the referral link from Cashbaq, and make your purchase. It won't show up in your cashbaq account until 2-3 days later. Then the money will be held for 120 days before you can actually "cash" it out.
