Restaurant suggestions for group holiday dinner

So one of my buds wants to get a group of friends together for a nice holiday dinner at a restaurant. Basically, it's a party of 10-15 people, we're either in high school or post-sec freshmen (ie. lacking money and unable to drink). There's a couple of picky people in the group, so no AYCE sushi, Chinese, or Greek. However, others have tossed up Italian, Mexican, and Middle Eastern as suggestions. Some of us want to head into Vancouver from Surrey to eat, but if anyone else has other suggestions in the GVRD, that's be great. Not too sure of a price range, but 15-25 bucks a person would be good.

Thanks for any suggestions, RS!
