This episode felt quite rushed... They fit in celebrating beating the NK along with John telling his siblings about his heritage, along with fighting Euron Greyjoy (who BTW is a lame cartoon villain now) all the way to confrontation at King's Landing. Peppered in were the romantic storylines, with Jaime, Arya, etc. They said farewell to several main characters, Tormund, Sam, Gendry was made lord. They even managed to fit in the assassination attempt. It's like they fit in 3 or 4 episodes into one. It felt long too, but not in a good way
It's crazy how different the show is compared to when they had the books to base it on.

I agree with skinnypupp how they’re rushing it. But who knows. They can easily do one whole season of planning against the white walkers and have the battle at the second last episode. And one final Episode of celebrating and cliffhanger of oh no! Everyone knows Jon is a king now! Then we wait another year.

| True. Cersei has shown she's got no shame in killing innocents (the sept) or respecting rules of conflict (red wedding). Feels inconsistent.
Dani should have just wrecked cersei last season when they first met by just torching everyone when she flew in.
edit: i take this back. she probably truly believes she's 100% going to win, so by lopping off Missandei's head in front of everyone was just a power move.

it bothered a lot of people that that arrow got a perfectly fine shot at its neck miles away first shot on a moving boat.
