The ProSeries 6.43 System combines our 6.4LF 6-inch woofer, 4.4LF 4-inch midrange, and Neo 4t 1-inch tweeter into a unified speaker system with the new 6.43X, system-specific, three-way crossover. The 6.43 System employs our highly acclaimed ProSeries drivers in a three-way configuration so installers can group the 4-inch midrange and the tweeter in kick panels or dashboards - locations which are favorite for spectacular imaging. The woofer- which is less finicky about placement - can be mounted low in the front door. This allows for point source imaging through the critical midrange and high frequencies, while the bass frequencies are faithfully reproduced by the 6-inch woofer.
Boston 3 way crossoverThe new 6.43X crossover offers three tweeter level settings - 0dB, -3dB, and -6dB - allowing the system to be fine-tuned depending on where the tweeters are installed. Dual inputs and internal jumpers allow the low-pass section to be separated from the midrange and tweeter sections for bi-amped installations, or combined for a typical full-range installation. A clear acrylic cover highlights the crossover's audiophile grade components. Gold-plated screw terminals at one end ensure positive connections and neat wiring.
