The price will reflect some issues on the car already. Some of the kick panels are broken. The drivers side window intermitantly works. May need a new heater control resistor box. As speeds 1-3 do not work. 4th speed works find on the heater blower. May need a new ignition tumbler as u have to play around with the key to get the starter signal to work but, it starts alright. I find also the tune is a bit rich and coming to full gradual stops, it bogs down a lil to the point where it feels like it may be over fueling on deceleration. Doesn't happen all the time but, under load it's alright. In my opinion, it could use a better tune and maybe a dyno run to tweak it a bit. Boosts hard but, as an everyday driver, i'd recommend a tune.

I know there is other stuff on the car but, at the moment can't recall all of it. I've had the car for 3 years and are on the verge of being a new home owner. I am leaving the 240 scene.
I am a certified technician and have taken care of this car to this day. I drive it 3 months of the year. It's a project car with a lot of potential to be finished. Please don't low ball me as I am firm on the price, CD player not included and I put countless hours into the car. Thanks.

I can sell the car with wheels or without wheels:

Asking $6500 Firm w/ wheels
$6000 Firm w/o wheels (Car will come with stock S14 wheels and tires)

Final Sale. No part outs. Needs to sell, gotta make space in the parking lot. Thanks.

car

J Tanner: It will need aircare but, shouldn't be to bad to go through with some tuning.

Other guy: Sorry bud, forgot ur user name. lol. Yah, I'm selling it for literally pennies. Seen other guys on Craigslist selling for a whole lot more. I got other priorities right now and this car ain't one of them, when u got a family and house. Thanks for the bump though bro. Priced to sell but, also FIRM.

I'm gonna say it before this gets flooded with posts. His price is firm, if I see you lowballing here you will get points. His car is priced relatively cheap, comments about that will be subjected to points as well.

Lets keep this thread clean. He knows it's going for cheap.

Mileage on the car is 97,766km's. motor has 114,000km's on it. I had to replace the original motor in it. Had weak piston rings and was blowing a crap load of blue smoke constantly. Eventually #2 cylinder died. lol. Oh well, there's a good motor in there now!

Was the previous motor a KA? Turboed? Or SR?

Just blew my mind that the body only has 97,766 km and the original motor died THAT fast. KA24DE's usually go past 350k..

When I bought the car originally, It was turbocharged. It had a KA-T in it as well. Had no idea what kinda boost levels the original owner was doing his driving at but, the motor was done. I had it towed home the first day I bought it 3 years ago.

I see, that previous owner must have abused / pushed / neglected that motor like crazy, never seen a KA24DE go at less than 100,000 km. Good to see a new motor in that car
