Netbook Hardware problem?

I have a toshiba netbook that is about 1.5 years old.
http://www.toshiba.ca/web/product.gr...3&product=9970

Over the past month or so it began to not start up everytime and just shut down after initial power up.

Basically it sounds like the fan starts to blow then before the screen even shows up it dies. It doesn't appear to be a power problem because the power light at the front never turns off. It does this with battery and power cord. Basically nothing. I assume I was a bit too rough with it and the hardware inside broke, but honestly, not much of a computer guy.

Just wondering if anyone knows a good (inexpensive) place to get this looked at specifically in the Coquitlam/Langley area?

If your netbook is out of warrenty, it may be in your best interest to look at getting a new netbook. With Christmas around the corner, you might be able to pickup the same model for $200ish.

Getting someone just to look at your out of warrenty netbook may cost you $60-80's.
