theres a real nice boosted (no idea KA/SR/RB) black one in richmond, has shiny flakes in the paint with some real nice fitment

nope its neither lol... it has similar rear rims to the OP's pic but its not kitted i don't think its just real low.
it also has the usdm/canadian tails and not the jdm type-x ones.
it could be the 2nd one with diff wheels i'm not sure

1st one with Work Meister S1's is SR'd
2nd one on Work VS-KF's is SR'd with a GT2871
The "Richmond" one that you guys are referring to has an RB25, and is on Rota P45-R's
