bell
my friend works at bell.
it's not bad, great pay 14 -16 bucks so pretty good.
no cell phone uses, no texting during work
the probation is 6 mths.... if u want a decent job and if u're a girl go and do it, cause it's a steady job.
now if u're a guy and u want it as a stepping stone, make sure you get in and get out.
Rogers is the same thing, it's a bit harder. Telus is even worse, u have to be temp. on call, then part time and permanent part time...etc...
when you are in these corp. you are being monitored everyday. everything is about stats.

The bell center guys get some good stuff though.
The building is new and has various sports equipment to allow you to "de-stress"

in big companies, there are pros and cons, you are just a number to them and you are monitored to the max, and seriously, how many companies allow you to watch tv during work.
Bell is a nice company but depends on what you do and where yo uwork. if you're a call center dude, then yeah.. good luck... cause it's all call stats, customer retention, rejection rates etc
