I'm selling my 1999 Honda Civic SiR, Local car, normal status, non rebuilt and aircared until july 2012.

VIN number as 1HGEM1156XL809247

Electron Blue pearl in color (rare color), power windows, doors and locks and mirrors, sunroof, power steering, cruise control, AC, all as original Honda equipped in this model.

Mileage on the odometer is about 117xxx km on the body, but its actually 136000Km since the old odometer was stolen, but its replaced with same SiR gauge cluster from honda by the previous owner.

Engine is pretty much brand new rebuilt about 30000Km ago, it got mild built JDM B16 engine in it here is the parts list on the engine and some of the modification.

JDM B16 head with Skunk2 titanium retainer and dual valve springs.
JDM Civic Type-R camshafts, exhaust and intake sides.
The cylinder head was ported and polished.
Greddy exhaust header.
JDM B16 engine block that equipped with JDM Civic Type-R pistons, and rods, bump the compression to 11:1
Acura Integra GSR block girdle.
Acura Integra GSR oil pan.
Acura Integra GSR transmission, longer gearing to compare with B16 trannmission.
It got Exedy clutch kit along with exedy light weight flywheel, clutch it self is pretty much brand new installed along when the engine was rebuilt.
T1R exhaust mid pipe.
Apexi N1 muffler with silencer, sounds deep and really2 good.
Alpine CDE-9872 CD and MP3 player.
Alpine Type-R rear speaker (not installed but will include), it got OEM rear speaker at the back.
JDM integra Type-R shifter boot, red stitched.
OEM style Fog light.
6000K HID kit.
Cusco front upper strut bar.
Rear lower and upper strut bar.
Compustar 2 way alarm with auto start ( perfect for winter time) and pager, comes with 2 remotes.
JDM Civic Type-R headlight, black housing.

Front brakes are about 70%, rear brakes are about 70% as well.
Left rear sway bar link was replaced just a week ago.
Engine, and transmission oil just been change less than a month ago, less tham 3000Km ago.
Brakes and clutch fluid been flushed about a week ago.
AC, Power steering, alternator belt was replaced on summer.
Timing belt was just redone about a month ago.
All the tune up was done, distributor cap, rotor, fuel filter, spark plugs and spark plug wires was repalced less than 3000km ago.

It comes with 2 other SiR wheels, and now sitting on 4 OEM SiR rims and tires, 2 toyo observe G02 snow tires on the front about 80%, rear are all season nexen CP641 tires 75% left., and the other 2 that will be included with the car are Nexen N3000 high performance summer tires 80% left. so total will get 6 wheels, which is 2 summer tires, 2 winter tires and 2 all season tires..

The car it self runs and pulls really strong to compare with other SiR that got B16A2 in it, the reason for selling are just I'm leaving the country for several months, and I will rather just sell it instead of paying the storage. Really clean inside out, you wont dissapointed.
