Probably faulty video card. If you get graphic glitches that's what you'll see. Ram related issues occur all over the place.

Yes let's just hope NCIX will just replace the video card. Coz I don't want to wait at least 4o to 5weeks for them or me to send to MSI get it fix or wait till they send me a new one.

If that's the case I would just cancel the whole order since I have NCIX sepcifically built the PC for me so they can check everything and make sure it is running fine which they didn't do.

sigh i'm having really bad luck right now with graphics problem..
i thought it was just a conflict between my old card and driver..the exact same shit with my new card even after a clean win 7 install.

Guess I'm returning this card...I just wont be satisfied knowing I paid $200 and it's not running flawlessly. Thank godness for 7 day no restocking fee at memory express.

I'll never get a chance to enjoy Civ 5 and Bad Company 2...but gives me an excuse to build a new rig for Battlefield 3 :D

I don't see why they would wait for RMA back from MSI. It's a brand new card. It should be exchanged with a new one right away if it's faulty.

Just call them today and they haven't even look at my PC yet >< so I told them firmly you guys said latest is 7 business day before it will get fix so given the fact I drop the PC off on Monday that gives them till Jan 18 tusday to fix it.

They then give me some BS saying how they might not make it coz they are still haven't even look at PC that's drop off the week before etc etc..... Pretty much at this point I am piss of. I mean how hard is it for them to grab the same Video card and replace it? I told them if it is not fix by Tue I would like to have the whole thing cancel and a full refund coz you guys are too lazy to even do a 5min job or even bother with customer services (Have to tell them I call him this morning from 9:35am wait on line for 10mins and call again at 10:40 and wait on hold for 15mins and finally call at 11:30a, when someone answer.) Not to mention no one was answering my ticket for days about another order I have.

Don't matter how busy you are. You give a customer a date the job will be done that's when the customer expect it to be done. Image Apple announce their new gen of IPHONE to be release on March 01 11 but right on that date they told everyone it will get delay another month, I am pretty sure you are going to get a lot of angry customer.
