So I bought a few hundred dollars worth of stuff off the site on Sat., using my Visa and the order hasn't been processed yet since they're still on holidays (called customer service). Then I came across this promo: http://www.shopadidas.ca/hygiene/det...pageId=imprint
Does this mean I can't get the additional 20% if I bought the stuff on sale?
Worth a shot to call and check?

You should get an email titled: Your www.shopadidas.ca order confirmation
It lists your purchases and total and at the bottom it says: Quote: |
This email is not a contract of sale. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once the parcel is on its way to you.
| I did call to see if they would apply the 20% off for using Visa but there was a message saying they were closed for the holidays and it didn't say when they would be open for business. I guess I'll give them another try for the next few days.

Anyone ordered from them in the past? I understand it's holiday season and all, but how long does it normally take to get your stuff?
Details:
23rd - order placed
29th - (18:00)origin scan and (22:00)departure scan (Concord, ON)
I figured the package (3 pairs of kicks) should be in BC by now. I could be paranoid about it but there wasn't an option to pay for insurance... Only an express shipping option was available.

The holidays were probably a factor, it only took two days for UPS to pick up after I placed my order.

I could've got the white/green good Stan Smiths in my size if I wasn't distracted when I ordered. I had to redo my cart and then it was out of stock in my size.
