| you must be high. I havent been bothered for change in Surrey..... in at least a year. Usually at the 7-11, but as Ive noticed thats the case in most citys. Go downtown once and a while if you want to bitch about people asking for change. I cant walk a block without someone holding their hand out. Besides that, these people asking for change aren't the ones high jacking cars. And if these people DO end up being from Surrey, well thats just because they are smart enough to a) prey on the weak and timid and b) are smart enough not the shit where they eat |
