it is very sad to see a 4 year old act/talk this way... his parents are 99% at fault here.

Probably due to kids having kids, or grown ups (30+) who haven't really grown up having kids.

Kids can't choose their parents.

Doesn't matter where you live, proper parenting is possible anywhere. Sure, certain environments will make it more challenging but a lot of successful people have come from the "ghettos" of America and owe it all to their parents. They'll say so themselves. And no, I'm not talking Jay-Z. I'm talking people who have been raised to avoid the pitfalls of living in such areas, getting good grades, going to college/university and eventually landing a decent gig.

Young Hollywood is full of stars trying/being pregnant or adopting like kids are the new teacup chihuahuas (or whatever those Paris Hilton seizure dogs are called) that you saw everywhere a few yrs ago. Its like having kids is the hot thing to do right now which is a seriously scary thought since a lot of young women are heavily influenced by stars and do as they do.

Don't even get me started on shows turning parents into stars. Octomom, John + Kate, 16 and Pregnant. These people are now in all those magazines and earning money essentially off their children. A lot of people have gone a long way to be famous (think sexual favours for roles etc) and some screwed up kids are going to get preggers in the hopes they can be on tv.

Its only going to get worse.
