| Spotted: Subaru with work emotions towed
Your car was towed on Robson street in the afternoon at 3:15 pm.
pic showing how they towed your vehicle.
AND MOST IMPORTANTLY THE PASSENGER TOOK THE PICTURE WHILE I DROVE THE CAR
WITH TWO OF MY HANDS ON THE STEERING WHEEL.

OP should state that a passenger in ur car took the pixx.. cuz if you were operating a vehicle and also using an electronic = a no no
