You can custom order anything from mcdonalds. I do it all the time when im drunk.

Don't know if this is mentioned before. Fill in the survey on the back of your McD receipt and you will get a coupon for free medium fries + drink, with the purchase of a large sandwich.

Large sandwich means McBristro, Angus, Big Mac, 1/4 Pounder, McChicken, Filet, 6 or 10 pc nuggets.

Good option all year round.

So, use coupon you get in mail and get another coupon on back of receipt that works year round.
