| Reception venue needed
Not sure where to ask this so here it goes, can anyone suggest a hall or some type of location where we can hold a wedding reception for about 80 people. Catered or not but definitely nothing really expensive... we're looking for something casual, with a dance floor and a DJ.
Thanks

^From my own personal experience, golf course is not cheap, lol. At least not the ones in Richmond!

No golf courses are pretty expensive and its not the feeling we're after. Something informal where we can decorate freely and stay late. Posted via RS Mobile |

Not quite sure about the prices but why not contact some hotels to see how much their banquet/reception halls cost?

The Sandman Signature in Richmond has a room called The Round Room. It's a nice spot for about 80 people, includes a dance floor, and you could get them to cater, if desired.

Rent out a conference room at a cheaper older hotel.
Or at a community center.
Those places will let you go to town with the decor.
