i know this isnt a tv commercial, but i hear it everyday and it always makes me smile
its on the radio, i hear it on the beat dozens of times a day!
i believe its for a coca cola radio ad commercial
and it sounds like a high pitched voice saying:
"its a party over there! its a party over here! its a party everywhere shake your derriere,singin WHOOMP there it is, WHOOMP there it is"
it goes somethign like that

Back east there was a pretty funny Leon's commercial though I forgot what it was about. it was a fat dude frying bacon shirtless and I can't seem to find it lol. stupid commercial but always made me laugh.
