how long should you take 1MR for?? please help, here is how i take it

day1- 1 scoop 1MR
1.5 scoops Whey Isolate
1-2 scoops Vitargo

day2- 1 scoop 1MR
1.5 scoops Whey Isolate

Day3- break

day4- 1 scoop 1MR
1.5 scoops Whey Isolate

day5- break

if it's like any other supplement, so lets say jack3d. You just take a scoop everyday before your workout, until it runs out. Never heard of taking a "day" break then back to it again

gave no explode 2.0 a try. first time using a bsn product and im pretty impressed. 1 scoop got me clean energy and little to no burnout. feels a bit like assault. taste for the fruit punch flavor is not bad. first preworkout that ive tasted that has a bit of fizziness to it. worth the $7 for 10 serving mini bottles on bb in my opinion.

Got this new one called PHD Wired, no 1,3, .... 60 servings per tub. It is 10% stronger than assault, more servings, win.

Wasn't a fan of animal rage orange tasted worse than 1mr blue rasp, stick wit 1mr or go razor 8 if u like the 1,3

and to incubus got a killer deal on it 40$ local, might as well give it a try.. its MUCH better than assault imo (focus wise) and more servings... but it doesn't buffer the lactic acid build up good as assault

Started taking creatine again. Can one of you guys that take creatine with tea help me out, is it ok if I load 20G/day for 4 days with my morning coffee/tea, and then stay steady at 5g/day with my morning coffee/tea?

I can't take it 3x daily for the first 4 days, so is it okay if i just take a large amount once a day?

I think I'll get myself a pre workout.. anyone here tried out jack3d, 1MR, and Razor? Any differences or is it just same stimulants with different brand names?

ah btw, anyone know how long it takes for the stimulant 1,3-dimethylamylamine to get out of your system? I'm an athlete and competitions won't let me allow to do that or should i just stay away from it?

Well the Jack3d and 1MR sold here have a revised formula without the 1,3 DMA..so it shouldn't be a problem.

Not too sure about Razor8, and White Flood.

Anyways, I'm still taking Neurocore and it's probably the best PWO I've ever taken. I always feel strong as hell, and super concentrated. No crash either!

Ordered some White FLOOD. Since I train fasted, I find that the caffeine really gives a nice kick now. Could care less about the 'pump' aspect... I am still not that interested in trying 1-3D though, so I stuck with the old school pre workout supp.

razor8 in canada has no 1,3d. the one in the states still does tho. check out their website and u can see the ingredients labels.

got a small bottle of superdump max. so far i think i like it better than 250. actually sofar i think its my favorite of the 5 or 6 pre's ive taken. (im not a fan of anything with 1,3imgoingtodie in it like 1mr)

I find that if i have a decent post-workout meal, the crash doesn't happen.

I love superdump max. I had à scoop at the beginning of class, its been half an hour and im already tweaking out, sooo pumped to hit the gym. Im not dwn with any of the super concentrated blends, they make me feel so cracked out. SP max and fasttwitch are hands down my 2 favorites...clean energy

currently i have 1mr and neurocore

1mr one scoop gives me some pretty good energy, crash isnt too bad
neurocore one scoop did little to nothing so gonna increase it to 2scoops
and see how it goes
