as title states, looking for a great clam chowder for my sister. The Cannery had previously made her favorite, so any suggestions?
thanks

You can still get the same clam chowder at the Pink Peppercorn. Eddy was one of the chefs who used to work at The Cannery before they closed.

How high up was Eddy? Head chef?
His dishes have a very rich and classic style to them.

I don't know to be quite honest but he did say something along the lines of 10 to 12 years. His previous experience was with Joe Fortes in which he spent a solid 5 or 6 years working before going to The Cannery.
