Does anyone have the special VW tranny drain plug tool????

Hey does anybody have a the special torx tool for the VW Jetta tranny drain plug that I could rent/borrow.

Could try Cambodian Tire, they rent out some tools (dunno if this would be one, but it doesn't hurt to ask).

what size do u need? I have a tamper proof torx t-50 socket with a 3/8 drive.......i can swing by and lend it to you if you want....

try a napa auto parts if there is one close by. they surprisingly have random european car tools. I needed to get a small 12 point torx for my cousins old porsche 914 and we went to them as a last resort and surprisingly they had it.

i would also check canadian tire and lordco.

i thought i needed the 17mm allen and can tire/lordco both didn't have it. Changed oil today and noticed that it wasn't a 17mm allen. So now that I know I need the triple square I will go back to lordco and NAPA (thanx). I know I can buy it for $27 from ecs tuning.com but would rather find it locally first.
