Just man up and pay the ticket. My first time getting pulled over was for speeding, no warnings or anything and got a ticket for close to $200. I did what anyone with slight intelligence would do, I paid for the crime that I commited, learnt my lesson and restrain myself from speeding ever again. (Although I still do it if the flow of traffic permits)

Or would you rather have things get ugly when you get into an accident with more than 1 non-family member in your car?

fyi, if the charge is "driving contrary to restrictions" then you're pretty much guaranteed to receive a driving prohibition. have fun not driving for 3 months lol.

This kind of shit is the stupid shit I LOL at. You hear from a friend (or even a friend of a friend) that they disputed a ticket or got let off easy and suddenly EVERYONE fucking thinks speeding and traffic violations don't fucking apply anymore and everyone should waste their lives going to traffic court because the ticket is UNFAIR. I hope OP gets his license revoked for not paying his fine.

The charge would be Driving Contrary to Restrictions, but it does not carry a three month suspension unless things have changed in the last couple years. It has three points and the fine, so if OP has or gets any other tickets his license will be suspended.
