suspension clunking popping noise

04 acura el - same suspensions as civics
lowered on eibach pro kit with stock shocks

recently i'm hearing this popping clunking noise on front right when im parking in a stall.

Usually if i turn the steering wheel 180, let go of the brakes, let the car roll a bit, then apply brakes again. I would hear that sound.

I"m reading up forums and its saying someting about springs not aligned. I'm also guessing it can be the top bearings too?
