Beer pong is a fun game to play. If you are really that worried about the hygiene issue, just play beer pong with water filled cups. Drink with another cup instead.

the official rules are: beer in the main cups. a side cup of water to 'wash' the balls. if you're afraid of a little dirty beer you are a girly man.
