Friends car got broken into.

My friends car just got broken into right outside Kingspark parking lot in Richmond,
The car was parked right outside under bright area and were only inside for less then 45.
Just like to warn everyone in the Richmond area try not leave to expensive items in the car, and if you do make sure to keep well hidden.
Couple of my friend have notice people wandering around street and parking lot with flashlights.
This not the first time outside Kingspark and the thieves are brave enough to broke in cars facing the westminster hwy according from Kingspark.

This happened between 8-9pm

Gee, Thanks Shenya, that sounds like a pretty neat technique to keep my car from being broken into when I'm in the Richmond area. Thanks for letting me know. What if I'm in Surrey? Is it okay to leave my ipad on my dashboard if I'm in Surrey?

In surrey they don't care about your iPad, they just want to stab you.

Right under e-canteen which is near the Kingspark area is that bottle return depot place... and i've seen quite a number of sketchy homeless people around that area... Not sure if it's necessarily Canada line, since there's cars everywhere to break into... but that particular area there are more sketchy figures around

there are like 8 or 10 of them ... always see them hang out at the back alley between bottle depot and save on food in day time

TBH, that's pretty brave or stupid... right in front of kingspark, and I usually park way at the back where there's no light, but it seems populated enough that it shouldn't matter.

Guess I won't be eating there anytime soon

Thanks for teh heads-up
