haha what's this old giftcard trick? Visa GC without any balance? I thought that only worked at sfu for a bit. |
Basically any gift card that had a magnetic strip. It worked at all the parking lots at UBC for a good while as long as you do self checkout but eventually UBC caught on. |

Since we're talking about the cameras at the parkade; I saw this grey pickup truck last Saturday parked in front of one of the North parkade's exit lanes and the top of the truck had these 2 boxes with what seemed like cameras, anybody seen this truck before as well? |

They stop checking the bookstore after 9-10pm. Also, even if you get a ticket, just don't come back, its only UBC transit security :P |
Just got a ticket infront of iona drive, @8:20pm but i think its only cuz its midterm season. First ticket in a year and a half, use to park near totem. |
Got ticketed today at Totem parking. If my car isn't registered to my student number, do i have to pay ? And what's their policy on towing ? I drive once or twice a week and just use pay parking, they wont tow right unless I get another ticket or something ? |
Got a ticket last week that's in the dispute process. The lot beside Allard Hall sort of in between one of the Buchs (:troll:) and Buch Tower put in new "authorized UBC service vehicles only" signs that are barely visible cause all the fucking service vans are blocking the signs, no indications on the ground. Was not there the last time I parked there, fucking scumbags. Also why are all the parkades now metered? Pretty annoying. |
