We need, in both Can and US, to have an informed population acting as an important figure in the, well US check and balance system.

In Canada, we need to have a check and balance system, but thats something else for another day.

I get that, but that method does NOT work. Want proof? Look at the number of shootings just in chicago each day. I live here i know. This law that we have does not work with them, as such harsher methods should be applied.

What are you talking about, the police are notorious for beating blacks over other races, even the judicial system has been known to put away black people on phony evidence.
Just last year a Seattle cop punched a black teenager in the face, something that I dont think would of happened if the girl was white.

Lastly Cops have been know to shoot black suspects without guns many times.
