I'm thinking back when I was a kid when my dad took me to see the likes of Ricky the Dragon Steamboat, Rowdy Roddy Piper, Mr Wonderful Paul Orndorff, British Bulldogs, Andre the Giant ect. I used to have to stay up until 11:00pm on Saturday nights just to watch it because it never aired during the day where I lived.

i miss the monday night wars......... i miss late 90s wrestling.. ecw, wwe and wcw was at their prime

i mean holyshit..just look at how crowd was reacting to Kurt Angle.. i remember watching this on ppv.. this is when Tazz shortly left ECW, everyone knew that Taz was coming to WWE. they were in MSG and crowd was going buckwild on him..


nowadays, not even john cena can get this kind of crowd reaction..
