Hard to say whether it looks better or not...

Loved the 3rd Gen and 4th Gen took some time to adapt the bulky look but it looked great with OEM full kit.

Painted friend's 4th Gen front grill/rear trunk trim piece to factory color and it looked a lot better (OEM kit included)...

Better, but I still hate the grill that acura is still trying to push to consumers... I miss the old tsx/tl's :(

the TL gets progressively worse looking as the years go on :(


oh well, as what happens to me ever new model...once they introduce an A-spec kit then it will start to grow on me.

still looks like it goes fowards in reverse to me..

Still disappointed with facelift. They need to get over that current beak grille.

RJSD and I recently tackled on a new kit for the 2010 TL. Let me know what you guys think. The kit prototype is still being refined and the molds should be done by this month.

lol better than the current gen I suppose. I'd get a used TL-S over this any day.

^^ thats a better grill. Paint the outer trim and leave the middle polished. It creates a smaller floating look instead of the bigger beak look.

Or in my friends case, we painted the whole grill white to match body color.

The facelift would look better if the silver around the Acura logo was blacked.

If only you could get the old TL-S body with the new 6-speed manual + sh-awd combo

Not sure why they insist on sticking with that hideous "beak grill" its like they hate money and don't want it to sell well. Also not digging the air scoop within an air scoop look.

I still think... my generation (3rd gen UA6, UA7) still reigns superior.

I agree, I love those body lines. What's with most newer model cars getting uglier :(

i hate the line that runs from the middle of the front bumper and then onto the hood.

^not that noticable though once the plates go on.

ew. don't like. anything before this generation is nice. One thing about these TL's are is that they hold their resale value.

2007 2008 tl type-s is most superior of all gens

TL's don't hold their value at all.

There's plenty of reasons why tsx's are worth more than TL's in the used car market.

Interesting.. the JMV design actually looks decent. The ass is still way too big though, and from the side, it looks like the Maxima.

All the used TLS are either silver or white in Vancouver. :(

in terms of appearance i think 2nd gen TL Type-S A-Spec still looks the nicest overall
