What's the best way to start dealing with my moisture problem? Pretty sure there is a leak in the hatch, and possibly in the sunroof but I'm not sure where it's coming from. I'm looking for a good way to track down the problem

Check your spare tire well. if there's water in there it's most likely coming from the tail lights...

Do you have a foam stock spoiler? the mounting holes could be rusted and leaking.

As for the sunroof, check the weather stripping around the glass, and the drain holes could be plugged with leaves and whatever.

and of course mentioned above the tail light sealing could be busted.

Best way to find and fix a leak is to strip out the interior of your car from where you think the leak is coming from. Then let water pour over your car from a garden hose for an hour or so. Then just look to see where the water is leaking in from, and you can decide on a proper repair. Otherwise you're just guessing. However, the things previously mentioned are definitely good places to check.

I'll try all of these things once I get my car back from the shop. They have been delaying for so long I'm getting so frustrated. They keep saying they are waiting for a clutch and master cylinder but it's been 3 weeks now.

+1

it's most likely that, seems to be a problem with a lot of the hatchbacks out there.
