I've been on the search for a good tapioca pudding recipe.. not just the "tong sui" version.. but the baked one with red bean paste in the middle.... and with the BO LO bao crust topping.... if you have one.. please post here =)
found this through Lorna Yee's 'The Cookbook Chronicles' site. I think she used to be a member on RS? Instead of filling the middle with lotus seed you can use red bean paste.
