i think i remember someone telling me that you should report things like this to icbc so just in case another person on a different occasion reports a similar action the owner get's fined?

However, you can report it to ICBC. Not exactly what they do with the information but you can also call the non-emergency line to report the driver as well, no?

hahahah reporting them won't do shit. you think a bunch of citizens have the collective authority equivalent to a law enforcement officer? big fucking no. you can't apply our democratic system to everything. what if you're a legitimately good driver, and a group of people hate you? use your common sense

the only benefit reporting them will do is they'll put a note on their DL about the incident. now, when a cop pulls that person over for a future infraction, he'll view that note and to HIS discretion, the offending driver wouldn't be given a benefit of a doubt.

bottom line: reporting people just screws over their chances of getting warnings
