Is there a way to chose the auduio ouput in win7 64bit
So I have a 5.1 speaker and my headset both connected to my computer (5.1 speaker is connected at the back of the computer and the headset is connected at the front). I am wondering is there a way for me to chose which audio output device I want to use at any given time.
Say when i am playing games I want to use my headset but when I am watching a movie I want to use my 5.1 speaker.
Because right now as soon as I have the headset connected it always use that.
Your soundcard may have software installed that will detect headphones being plugged in. You can also right-click on the speaker icon, and then click Playback Devices. Select an output, and click Set Default.
