Do you think this CPU on a laptop is good enough for checking email etc ?

I am planning to get a 2nd hand laptop with warranty with a CPU called AMD Athlon Neo x2 for ultrathin L335 1.6GHz. Do you think this CPU is sufficient for me to watch DVD movie, download youtube and checking email ?

Please kindly advise ASAP.

Not sure if you'll be able to watch 1080p YouTube videos, but people have been watching DVDs and checking email on their computers since the 90's... so if the computers then could do it, I think it's pretty safe to say even the slowest modern computer can handle it.
