What op is thinking is a positive feedback process where one process increases in acitvity due to increase in a related process. However, sperm production is a constant process that doesn't tend to change in a male's life.

frequent fapping only produces fresh, heathly jizz. which is good if you are trying to have kids.

keeping old jizz in your nuts, so you can spray a monster load wont help, as sperm only live for X amount of days and it takes a few days to reach their goal (egg)
